Can't get license.

I installed M110 onto my computer, and it gave me a warning that i didn"t have the necessary licensing. I had a previous version of Creo which I completely reinstalled and then re-downloaded the new version, which fixed nothing. Help!

Hi Henry,

Are there any error messages that you receive after you launch M110?

Thanks,

Amit

Hi,

enter Product Code into orange field.

K-12 students can use Product code BE400407EDSTUDENTEDK12

University students can use Product code BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL

Hi,

look into C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. You can find there license file. If you have valid license file you can drag and drop it into red field (see picture in previous reply).

My computer shows that license already in that field, but it still says "license request failed for feature." It will run simulate but not parametric.

Hi,

please upload parametric.psf file from your Creo installation. I can check its contents.
