Issue with Creo exporting DXF files to Torchmate software

Hi all,

I have created a CAD file of gussets that I am looking to cut out of sheet aluminium using my torchmate 4800 CNC plasma cutter but I am having difficulty moving my file from creo to the torchmate CAD-CAM software. I have tried exporting as many file types, from DXF to DWG and am unable to get anything to open. I also reached out to Torchmate's support team and they were unable to get the any of the files open in anything.  my gussets are in an assembly but I have also tried exporting single parts with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot seem to attach any of the files without major error messages but would be happy to provide them.

Thanks in advance,

-Aiden

Hello,

Please make sure that the software is not looking for 2D drawings of the cutting edge. Try exporting to the CAM software only sketches of the cutting edges.

Thanks,

Alex
