Can't get license.

I installed M110 onto my computer, and it gave me a warning that i didn"t have the necessary licensing. I had a previous version of Creo which I completely reinstalled and then re-downloaded the new version, which fixed nothing. Help!

    Are there any error messages that you receive after you launch M110?
