Creo 6.0 download

I'm trying to downloaded creo 6.0 and when I go to "unzip" or "Extract All," it says the zip folder is empty and must copy files to the compressed folder. How do I solve this issue?

use 7-zip 9.20 to unzip downloaded 4 GB zip file.
