Solved: Creo installation issue

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with the installation of Creo. In the attached file, you can see that it's requesting the "Creoagent.msi" file, which is not present in the required folder. As a result, the installation process is halted at this step. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue before?

Hello again

I got a call from PTC support team and they managed to fix the problem. it seemed there was a duplicate registry file which was causing the issue with the installation.
