Creo licence

Hello, I have 2 licence codes but when I write them down I have an error stating that it is an invalid code, but they are valid. 

What can I do?

Hello, I use I use Creo 6.0, I will show you, but my program is in french so not sure it helps.

One licence worked but when I try to launch Creo it does not work and this pops on my screen.
