Licence request failed for feature

after installing ccorrecctly according to ur instruction when i open the Creo parametric  , receive this error and cannot work with Creo.

Hi,

the above message mentions license file which is intended for Creo up to release 9.0.

It looks like you are installing Creo 10.0.

Look into C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. What files are stored there?

I uninstall creo 10.0 , remove the license folder and install creo 9.0 according to the instruction.

after running the creo parameter  i receive this message.
