License request failed for feature

I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I am using creo 7 

This is all I get

1.] student license is the locked one

2.] locked license is not available via Windows Terminal Services (floating license is needed)

Use Teamviewer session to run Creo remotely on remote computer. Maybe Remote Desktop Connection will work, too.
