Hello,

I am having issues to renew my license on CREO 3.0. After trying several times I got an e-mail saying that my license what updated and that it worked. Even though when I open CREO 3.0 I still get the message that it has not been renewed. Could you please help me ?

Hi,

does the email contain an attachment (new license file) ?

 

Note: Path to license file is included in parametric.psf file located in Parametric\bin sub-directory.

Hi,

 

1.] Save email attachment to your local disk.

Eg.: Create C:\PTC directory and save license file into it.

 

2.] Open parametric.psf in Notepad and edit its contents.

Eg. On my PC, this file is located in E:\PTC\Creo3_M190\Creo 3.0\M190\Parametric\bin directory

ENV=PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE-=

add absolute path to license file after the equals sign

ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=PROE_license_name ()

replace PROE_license_name with real licence name included in license file

 

Please upload your license file and parametric.psf if you do not understand steps mentioned above.
