A few of my team's members have not been able to get Robotalk working.
They downloaded webex and have ptc accounts, but the stream either refuses to open or is blank.
One is on linux, the other mac.
Does Robotalk only work on PC?

Is it one particular video or all of them? The support is based on WebEx, not PTC. If WebEx is supported on those platforms, it should work.
