Licence error

I tried already many times to activate the licence but it keeps on failing. The following error appears: 11.09.2020 15:40:53 : Die Lizenzanfrage ist fehlgeschlagen. Requesting MATHCAD ... C:\Users\simon\Downloads\sw_license_email_4816628.dat: (-9) Invalid host. Hope you can help me. Thank you in advance

    The license may be tied to the identification of your network connection:

    Did you request the license for the wired (LAN) connection and are you now connected wirelessly (WiFi)?

    Or vice versa?
