When I click "manage licenses" button on eSupport page, I got following warning:
Access Privileges associated with your eSupport Account are defined by your Online Supervisor. I checked just now and your user account does not currently have License Management privileges.
You should be able to find a list of Online Supervisors for your company under the top level navigation in eSupport (hover over your name top right # Manage My Web Account # eSupport Settings).
