Support site lest me log a case but says my support is inactive. My license says its active. the Update killed my datalogger and I'm not sure of the case will even get reviewed.

I have done that twice. I guess its not worth fixing - my support is active .

I recommend reaching out to the Sales team to verify your entitlements. If there is a systems issue, they would be able to begin an investigation into getting it resolved, or work with you on a purchase/renewal if your entitlements have expired.
