PTC's Search Tool is currently returning error message of "Sorry, something went wrong." Therefore, customers are unable to conduct the normal Search activities. Our Systems team is aware, and working top priority to resolve this issue.
We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and will update once this is addressed.
The problem has been fixed and search is up and running again
Issue still exists for me when searching Technical Support. See picture above for details.
Based on previous occurrences, some other things aside browser type and cache can cause this issue. Search is currently UP and not reporting any issues.
Can you follow the steps in the community post to diagnose first?
