When trying to move a license from MAC address (A) to MAC address (B), the request is correctly taken into account.
But the license received by mail corresponds to MAC address (A) and not the new MAC address entered.
Could you please solve this issue asap?
Call the license support team.
Is this a commercial license or a student license?
Did you create the new license server entry and then do the move?
