SKD 5.7 Release

SKD 5.7 release brings exciting new features, additional platform support and many fixes to the latest release of the Servigistics Knowledge and Diagnostics product. Key improvements delivered with release 5.7 include:

• Auto-learning capabilities to improve solution recommendations based on session analytics
• Improved security for web authentication
• Updated user interface with new icons
• Phase 1 iPhone support for Field Service interface
• Added support for Windows Server 2012
• Added Support for Oracle 12c and SQL Server 2012
