After changing the dimension of a feature, all 3D annotations changed.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

After changing the dimension of a feature (for example change length from 25 to 1000), all the font size and position of 3D annotations (include dimensions, 3D symbols, 3D finish, Datum Target, Note etc.) are changed. How to config Creo to avoid those changes?
