The last 3 days I have been having a error with the software and it causes that the software shuts off. Attached you will find the message sent by the software before it closes.
I would like to get a solucion for this issue, Do you think that I should reinstall the software?
I think you could have more help if this question will be moved in Creo section.

Error reported in post is generic message for premature exits of Pro/ENGINEER and Creo. If this can reproduce, you can submit a case to PTC technical support for further investigation.
