Reza,

locate std.out file in your working directory, open it and copy its contents into your next Reply.

Reza,

is reza-w8 the only one computer ? This means ... is reza-w8 used as license server and also as Creo workstation ?

Or is reza-w8 used as license server and second computer as Creo workstation ?

In this second variant, license server can be blocked by Windows Firewall. You can turn it off and try starting Creo.

Browse to system services (Start > Type Services) and look for lmadmin_ptc or flexlm server for PTC. You may have one out of those, select that Right Click and Start or Restart.

> Start Creo.

If this fails:

Open PTC License Server Tools > Config services > View log > and check for any error in last few lines. If any please add to reply in the post.

Right click on Windows icon (bottom left corner) > Run > Type services > In services look for lmadmin_ptc or flexlm server for PTC, slect the service and restart. Try launching Creo.

If above step fails, check which version of license manager is installed from Program & Feature list, it can be PTC Flexnet admin license server or PTC License server.

If it is PTC Flexnet admin license server, browse to C:\Program files\PTC\Flexnet Admin License Server\logs and open ptc_d.log in notepad and check for any possible error information.

If it is PTC License server, browse to C:\Program files\Flexnet\licensing and open ptclmgrd.log in notepad and check for any possible error information.

Hello.

Unfortunately, after so much trouble so I installed all of the PTC-related programs from my computer with the hope to reinstall them.

but now I see that I can not access the FLEXnet License Services.

do you have any tips on where I can download it?

on the PTS website is not because I do not have a support contract.

Greetings

Reza

Reza,

contact the VAR who sold you PTC products.
