According to information from customer site the problem was resolved by installation of following drivers.
Windows Driver V4
Compatible with: Windows 10 64 Bit, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 64 Bit, Windows Server 2019 64 Bit, Windows Server 2022
This new generation of Windows printer driver is based on the latest software technology and structure of Microsoft operating systems & applications.
(Requires KIP System K software)

The problem is cause by decimal symbol set in Windows environment.
If decimal symbol = comma then print fails.
FYI ... INFO I post today is not solution. I do not understand why you set it as solution when you are not owner of this discussion.
