Pro/Wildfire 3 & Windows 7 (64-bit)

Anyone know if the Windows XP Pro (64-bit) is OK to install on a Windows 7
(64-bit) laptop? Or do I need to download an install specifically for
Win7?

Thanks for your input,

I believe there are specific build that are certified or approved for
Windows 7, however, I'm running a non-certified 32 bit version of WF3
(M200) on my 64 bit Windows7 system without much trouble.  Sketcher and
drawing graphics performance is subpar, but livable.

Thank you for responding, I attempted to install the Windows XP 64-bit
version and Windows 7 would not install it, saying it was incompatible. As
someone mentioned though Windows XP 32-bit will install just fine.

Our third party software is currently holding us back to Wildfire 3, so
upgrading is not an option at this time, if PTC hadn't cut them loose we
would probably be on Wildfire 5 at this time and the executives wouldn't
be talking about moving us to another CAD platform.

Thanks again for all of those who passed along what they knew.

Yes.

I use 64 bit version of Wildfire 3 and 5 on my PC with Windows 7
Professional.
