cannot edit the size in sketch

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.7.0
I cannot edit the size directly in sketch. Initially it worked, but after some time it stopped working. Now the only way I can edit the size in Sketch is by using the ribbon.
Also, I have tried the fixed suggested by article CS352473 but with no luck.

Add following option into config.pro file.

web_browser_homepage about:blank

Previously I was editing the wrong config file and the option was not read.
