job manager & queue manager (computing toolpaths)

I use wf5 m020.

I have only one licence.

Question is:
A) When I want to use queue manager to compute toolpaths on the same computer, need I two licences of proe?

B) When I want to use job manager to compute toolpaths on the same computer, need I two licences of proe?
