Issue when login again in thingworx

When I login again after logging out, even though I entered the correct ID and password,
I cannot login and the login pop-up keeps popping up.
This doesn't happen the first time I log in, it only occurs when I login again. Is this a bug?
I guess it might be a session problem.
If this happened and you solved it, please answer me.
I used thingworx 8.5

You are right, I encountered the same symptom as you, please refer to PTC article CS253747.

As another workaround for HTTP, refresh the Thingworx page and then try to re-login.
