Kepware tag quality BAD in Thingworx

Hi,
We connected the kepserver with Thingworx. And fetching few tags from kepserver. After some time in kepware the tag quality is GOOD but in Thingworx the tag quality is BAD. What will be the root cause of this issue?

Are the values changing?

If values are not changing I would check Thingworx VTQ it may not be receiving an updated push from kepware.

Scenario would be.

Kepware starts up, has some value but a problem reading the register, sends a value with quality bad

later it reads the value but value is the same, quality in kepware goes to good, but since value didn't change, nothing is transmitted to Thingworx
