Problem while importing 3D Model Viewer extension

Hi I am on TW 7.2.5

I am trying to import 3D model viewer extension. This is what I get:

Anyone has the same issue.

I've checked the content of that extension and jszip.min.js is there (i am not sure about slash,backslash though)

Can you try opening the metadata.xml file and seeing if you can swap those slashes to backslashes? If the file is indeed located in the libs/ folder, then I can't imagine what else the issue could be.
