my thingworx analytics tab can't load dataset

Have you look into the script error log as the message recommends? What does your data look like?

It appears the metadata does not match the data.

"Error executing service FlattenDatasetJobsAMS.Message: : Data Shape Does Not Match-Number of Fields Are Different-See Script Error Log for more details."

is possible to I reset or delete all dataset and create again

You can do that or just create a new one with a new name. Your other screenshot does not show any existing dataset, but it also looks like the screen was still loading.

yes, my screen is loading I think is not loading and that show loading because service is error FlattenDatasetJobsAMS
I'm not sure maybe it needs to reset to clean install

In that case please create a ticket with PTC support, they can help with removing the invalid data.
