Thingworx 8.4 with postgre learning document

Hi,

Could any one please share the link to download the documents for learning and using ThingWorx 8.4 to work on widgets and extensions. 

I couldn't find the document to use ThingWorx-Rockwell-FT-MES-8.4.1-00-extension. Where can I find the documents to use this extension or could any one provide the link to download this?
