Thingworx to azure connecter issue

Error: Could not find or load main class Files
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Files

Getting above while connecting thingworx to azure iot hub using thingworx connecter

Needed help related this Give solutions ASAP

This sounds like a configuration issue.  Have you followed the instructions in the Help Center for installation and configuration?  Be sure to validate system requirements.
