ThingWorx community,
As part of our continual efforts to improve our offerings, ThingWorx product management regularly reviews the software deliverables we provide to our customers as well as how we do so. After a recent review of many ThingWorx extensions that are currently provided as supported products, we determined that making them available as open-source offerings would be the best way ahead. We have provided more details on our plans for them in a separate communication from PTC Technical Support.
What we would like to announce in this post, however, is that our partner IQNOX will be taking over support for the use cases behind the ThingWorx Google Widgets, CSV parser, and Twilio extensions. IQNOX will be using and maintaining their own code, so these extensions are likely different from the ones you currently download from PTC. Although IQNOX will develop and market their own versions of these extensions on their own timelines, PTC support for the existing versions (available from support.ptc.com) will end when their Standard Support period ends on June 22, 2022. The current code for the aforementioned three extensions, however, will be available as on open-source offering following the end of the relevant Standard Support period, but neither IQNOX nor PTC will treat these as supported products after this point.
Please visit iqnox.com for more information.
Regards,
Walter Haydock

Hi everyone,
Gabriel from IQNOX here.
Google Widgets, Twilio and CSV Parser are now available free for download here. Scroll down to get the link to the downloads page. You need to be logged in to download them, it's for anti spam purposes. Signing up shouldn't take more than 1 minute.
Google Map Widget has a bit of an enhancement over the standard one. 3 new settings for map pin clusters. It is of course still compatible with the one you used to get from the marketplace.
Twilio and CSV Parser are the same.
BR,
Gabriel
Hi Vladimir - since we have announced the end of sale of those two extensions, customers who have not already downloaded them and who desire this functionality should contact IQNOX.
Existing customers who have already downloaded these extensions will receive PTC support until the end of the relevant Standard Support date (per the product support calendar).
What happens to below extensions? They are no longer available on the PTC Support portal nor supported by IQNOX.
How to download them?
ThingWorx CSV Import for Industrial Connectivity
ThingWorx Custom Chart Extension
ThingWorx JDBC Extension
Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions
ThingWorx Ghost Entities Extension
ThingWorx Support Tool Extension
ThingWorx Web Sockets Tunnel Widget And Library Extension
ThingWorx Web Sockets Tunnel Library Extension
The following extensions are again available on the PTC downloads page:
ThingWorx CSV Import for Industrial Connectivity
ThingWorx Custom Chart Extension
ThingWorx JDBC Extension
Eclipse Plugin for ThingWorx Extensions
The following extensions' functionality is built into ThingWorx 9.0 and later, but the extensions themselves are also available under the ThingWorx 8.5 downloads section:
ThingWorx Ghost Entities Extension
ThingWorx Support Tool Extension
Please elaborate on the desired use case for the below extensions:
ThingWorx Web Sockets Tunnel Widget And Library Extension
ThingWorx Web Sockets Tunnel Library Extension

There has been an update to the Google Maps widget.
Release notes can be read here. A simple fix but a needed one.
