Upload thing and Builder goes down

Hi,

after i uploaded "Upload thing" extension on Thingworx Platform the Thingworx Builder goes down.

the error is the following:

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Could not open connection

Do you know why i got this issue?

I tried to reboot the system but the issue is still there.

Any solution?

Hi, Marco. Is this a ThingWorx Analytics server? Is it a new install or one that worked in the past and is just now failing?

Attach the application log(s) and we'll see if there are other errors reported. Similar reports of that

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Could not open connection
