I have a customer who has purchased a Studio license.
Now he has to install it but they can not.
At the moment the trial remains installed.
Do you send me a detailed procedure to perform the operation? do you need to uninstall the TRIAL?

Did the customer purchase an on-premises or Cloud hosted version of Studio? If it is an on-premises instance, the customer will need to download and install both the Experience Service and ThingWorx from our support site. If it is a Cloud hosted instance, the customer should have received 2 emails from our Cloud team with the customer's unique URLs and credentials of their commercial instance. If they did not receive these, please PM me with the customer information so that I can ensure they get the needed information to utilize Studio.
