I have issues using the ThingMark: When pointing the camera at the ThingMark the app starts to load the data but somehow this takes a very long time and leads to no result in the end. The experience won't appear. When I first tried it out it worked (even though it took about 3 minutes to load) , however it doesn't work at all now (the amount of data to load up is 10 MB). The WIFI - connection was perfectly fine during the loading-process.
Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the problem? Thank you.
@JoBo - Please confirm if you are using Studio Trial /On premise/ PTC Hosted Experience Service . Also, confirm the Studio project type - 2D, 3D, etc . and which Device (iOS, Android version) been used.
Does your project include streaming of real time data from ThingWorx ?
If possible share Vuforia View logs and review the article to gather the logs -
