Thingworx studio, version 8 not in programs & features to uninstall/install.
Please help.
Dear Koen,
I hope you did save all your projects :-).
Could you please delete the following files:
C:\Users\kae\AppData\Roaming\ --> ThingworxStudio folder
And:
C:\Users\kae\Documents\ThingWorxStudio
Then reinstall via the link given or https://studio-download.vuforia.io/downloads/ThingworxMobileBuilderApp.application
Martin
My Installation is having the same problem, but the steps above do not rectify it. I have de-installed the program and re-installed it. Cannot get it to load.
Thoughts?
John Buchalo Usually this might be due to one of the ports (3000/4000) already being used, or else any pre-installed node.js application. If possible, can you please reboot your computer and retry installing Studio?
Sorry for the delay, I did reply, but it did not get submitted into the community.
I did try to reboot and re-install but it did not work.
Any other ideas?
