I posted an experience x Hololens at a customer about a year ago, and it worked great, now for a strange reason when it is loaded by hololens, start loading, but at some point thingworx view hololens stops working and goes to sleep. How can I understand what the problem is? is there a way to see a log file or some other method, to understand the type of error?

Yes, the best way is to collect the log of Vuforia View in Hololens.

our View in Hololens has similar problem and it goes to sleep immediately after it is launched. (I updated to last version of View)
I retrieved log file but it is from week ago and there is no newer one..
