problem upgrading Vuforia Studio

Hello,

I have had Vuforia Studio all throughout 2018, and most updates came automatically in this window:

But since 8.2.3, I have not received any updates. I even manually tried update through this:

but got an error message stating "Oh no! The update failed. Check the logs for more information."

Hi @crojas,

The automatic update was turned off for the re-branding from ThingWorx Studio to Vuforia Studio. You need to uninstall ThingWorx Studio from your machine, then download & install the latest release from our esupport site. Upgrades will work as expected after installing Vuforia Studio. The latest release of Vuforia Studio is 8.3.7.
