So, if I understand you correctly, you are saying that the ID of your servers that you see in the dashboard is different from the ones you see on the configuration page under site utilities.
In my case there is correspondence, as for this development server
So if there is no match in your case, it means that there's a problem specific to your installation and therefore you necessarily need to open a case to support.
When you get to the point where it tries to refer you back to the community, just select the option to open the case anyway.
By SW I mean SoftWare because Performance Advisor is also updated like other PTC SWs and you can read about it in this article that came out a few days ago in the community

In any case, for a problem like this, you need to open a call to PTC support.

I've been using Performance Advisor for 9 years, first for Creo 2.0 and then for Windchill 10.2, but from what you've written it's not clear what you mean to report.
Without more information, what I am guessing is that there is a bug in the SW and therefore the community cannot fix it for you.
The numbers listed here are not what is listed in my windchill utility to configure the performance advisor. There is no real information on the performance advisor dashboard for either of the servers listed. I dont know what SW means.
