Why might the Product Licenses page indicate that I do not have any products installed?
This tool only shows things that have been configured ***through this app***. Any licenses installed any other way will not show up here.
This is a frequently asked question that we receive. It is important to note that PTC was not saving the installation configurations in its previous License Management web tools. Therefore, PTC did not have the data to migrate into the new experience. Once you begin to setup your licensing hosts in the new experience and assign products, the numbers will reflect more accurately. On that note, we encourage you to begin saving your licensing hosts and assigning products now, before you need to regenerate any licenses at time of renewal. Generating a new license file is optional until the current file expires.
