We're in the middle of migrating to new servers. We've transferred the license from one server for Allen-Bradley Ethernet per https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS285278. This worked fine, and the license Utility on the new server says the license is good. But the server configurator says it is time limited and is shutting down after the indicated time elapses.
The original server was running v6.0 and the new server is running v6.12. We've restarted and reinitialized and the situation is unchanged. The only thing I've found from searching around is to try to install a lower version, which I will do shortly. Any ideas?
