Is Maple capable enough to provide all 12 solution pairs if you add the modifier "fully" ?
On contrary to muPad, the new symbolic in Prime provides solutions, but in a strange way.
By default a non-real solution is presented and when trying to get all solutions it just adds one of the 12 real valued solutions (the same which also your Maple returns).
Maple in Mathcad wasn't built for fully ☹️.
On might as well:

Never mind, in later version "fully" also never worked if the equation was so "complicated" that the symbolics was forced to float mode (as is the case in this example here).
Many thanks, Luc and Werner.
Werner, please Upload the xmcd. file again, because it was failed :

Try again. I just tested it and was able to download the file without any problem.
I can open the xmcd. file now, thanks again, Werner. I guess Luc's Mathcad 11 and your Prime's symbolic engine are powerfull than my Mathcad 15. 😞

Yes, but only a very little bit. None of them is able to deliver all 12 real solutions. Both will only return one of the 12 (interestingly both return the very same one).
