Hello,

I think that you need to 'vectorise' two of your equations as attached.

Prime seems to be confused by the ho variable.

The vectorise operator can be found on the "matrices/tables" tab under the control button "vector / matrix operators"

{Would be much easier if the mathcad 15 shortcut key <ctrl> - worked}

There is a chance that Mathcad is reading the EXCEL file and importing not numbers but text strings.

Type "M =", you should see what Mathcad thinks is in variable M; if you get NaN's or numbers with quotes around them, Mathcad believes it has text, not numbers. (Same thing for the other inputs.)
