Mathcad 15 vs Prime

I see that Prime is better Mathcad 15 with the work with units in the Solve block.

Yes, there are some very few advantages which Prime has over Mathcad 15, but unfortunately they don't outweigh the many disadvantages and missing features. At least not yet (?).

The effect in the link can be explained by an unfavorably handling of the value of CTOL in conjunction with units. Sometimes (like in your example) it helps to set CTOL at a smaller value.

But PTC took away the Collab part of Mathcad.  If someone had a Mathcad 11 sheet ... heck, even 8 sheet, it could still open it Mathcad 15 and "tweak" the file to work correctly for that version.  Now, you need to have the EXACT same Prime Version ... or newer.  Just look at all of the responses to the post a PDF as we did not upgrade to Prime 3.1.  This is a MAJOR fail.  Unfortunately, it appears that most if not all major software makers are going this route due to the push of "software as a service" business model.

You miss by a day?  (April Fool's?)

Mathcad 15 will work with units in solve blocks.  It won't mix units in vectors or matrices, and it won't accept units in differential equation solvers, but simple solve blocks will accept units.

That's a good sign but I'm much more interested in the "3rd party graph" capabilities. Will the diagrams have a decent look and will they be easy to edit?
