Have you tried re-installing the program and all its pre-requisites??
What version of Mathcad Prime are you using?

I should add...but the file was converted from Mathcad 15.0
Can you post the worksheet?
Then the only thing I can suggest is to delete regions, starting at the end of the worksheet and working back. When the problem goes away, you have found the offending region.
If you have current maintenance you could also send the worksheet to PTC.

You can send the error log to PTC's technical support by creating new "Case" here ("Log a New Case" option): http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp
