V11 and PGP conflict ?

Has anyone else had any problems with V11 (FlexLM / Enterprise ed) and PGP.

Our IT have reported a problem that MathCAd can't see the licence server now that PGP is installed. It is thought that PGP attempts to 'protect' the PC and in doing so prevents access to the licence server.

The IT group are looking into the install sequence, but comments would be useful.

1) Is there an option to disable PGP for a time to starting mathcad and enable PGP after that? If that, there a way to include this into a vbs file (disable PGP, start mathcad, enable PGP)?

2) There are not tools inside PGPtools or PGPtray to configure PGP to not protect the PC for some programs (not mathcad, but flexlm daemon executable file)?
