Just opened a case and received this:
It's 3:30 in the afternoon and not a holiday (as far as I know.) Is this a bug or is PTC actually closed today?
Sorry to see you've encountered this issue during regular business hours. Our teams were available at that time and I saw that they did pick the case up and got in touch with you that day.
Our internal debugging revealed the root cause: an empty callcenter value at the time you logged the case:
We're checking the mappings which determine this value (there are many), and will address the issue at source. I'll respond again to confirm, once complete.
