Opened a support case but cannot see it - Need help on some windchill product questions

Opened a support case but cannot see it - Need help on some windchill product questions

I have created 2 cases yesterday for Windchill. I cannot see those cases under our Meta account. Can someone provide a phone# where we can call and explain our queries?

Need help ASAP please.
