We are having mayor connectivity issues here. IT implemented NAT and added
Mcafee virus scanner and intrusion prevention.
Now some users report that they cannot check out more than just a few ~5
items at one time using intralink 3.4
My question is: Does anyone know anything specific about intralink 3.4 not
working with NAT? we already removed the virus scanner temporarily on a
non working computer and did a wireshark session to see if networking was
being blocked. It seems to be clear.
The other thing maybe could be because intralink was reinstalled from the
latest and greatest 7 year old PTC download. Does anyone know if these need
to be patched some how. If so, do you have a patch list that I need to do?
