Faile to enter Foundation for ThingworxAnalytics

hello

yesterday i was working on Thingworx Analytics,all was going well then.

but in the afternoon, i can't enter the Thingworx Foundation via http://10.0.75.1:8080/Thingworx/.

but it is strange that i can load the login interface like this

but when i sign in, i can't get any response, it just a banlk like this

i don't know what happens to my composor

Hi,

Check the ThingworxStorage/Application.log and also Tomcat logs, what errors do you see?

int the attachment is the log file in the ThingworxStorage and Tomcat.could you help me?

Cannot open archives, there are some errors, please try to attach logs without archiving them.

Use 'Reply' button, instead of 'Quick Reply', and try to attach again the files.

If you have PTC account, then you can open a case to PTC Support.
