Yes.. this is the one I am referring to.
Web design Toolkit is a prebuilt mashup with a good and attractive UI. Which you can use in your projects/applications.
https://github.com/ptc-iot-sharing/WebDesignKit Check readme.md file at github, usage, configuration and description everything has already briefed there.
