Hi! It's happening with both Prime 8 and 9 on Windows 11. In my case, I have no log file and no error on the Windows event viewer. I got the splash screen and nothing else. I tried all the solutions above and had no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes. I have tried all of that and no luck. I also gave done:
- Reinstalled the Mathcad application
- Reinstalled .NET Framework 4.8.1
- There's no Mathcad log file
- There's no error on the Windows Event Viewer
I installed the Mathcad Prime 10 trial and it worked. The issue looks like be only on MC Prime 8/9.
